Champion Thread’s Poly Champfil is high tenacity continuous multifilament twisted polyester. Poly Champfil can be bonded for more demanding sewing applications.  Bonding protects the fibers from heat during sewing and from abrasion once sewn. Poly Champfil is designed for high performance sewing of heavy or abrasive materials such as those that will be used in high UV applications. Using Poly Champfil can dramatically improve sewing productivity.
